I was in the same boat, hesitant to switch because of the prep work. But after doing it, I can say it’s worth it. I didn’t strip the old paint but made sure the walls were clean and dry. Used a primer recommended by Keim, and the result was fantastic. Their paints are durable and have a beautiful finish. Don’t overthink it; just go for it.
